You will savor the specialties of the local gastronomy, elaborated thanks to the know-how of our cooks who use quality products, mainly supplied by producers in the area. For your banquets, company or family meals, weddings, birthdays, baptisms… we offer a wide range of catering dishes and services. In our store as well as on our online store, you will find the whole range of our products: terrines, pâtés, jams, syrup, fruit juices… made in an artisanal way in our laboratory, some of which are now labeled “Goutez l’Ardèche ” (Caillette, Caillette with chestnuts, Pâté with chestnuts…)
We strive to work with fresh and seasonal products, organic as much as possible.
Thus we may have to modify our proposals depending on the availability of our suppliers.
At your request, we can put together a vegetarian menu for you at any time.
Evenings and weekends, at the restaurant, a “surprise from the chefs” menu, made up of unexpected treasures from our suppliers, can be offered to you. For travelers staying at Blés d’Or, Hives or Châtaigniers, an exclusive offer is dedicated to them.
